Donworth; on Jun 16, 1891 John P. Donworth conveyed mortgage to Mary E. Wellington; on Nov. 21, 1894 Mary E. Wellington conveyed back to John P. Donworth; on Oct. 17, 1913, John P. Donworth conveyed to William McGough in a foreclosure suit; on May 8, 1935 property was awarded to Mildred Jhonson for $108.78.
Note: still checking to see if this Henry John McGough was William's brother; I find another Henry John McGough in New York City about 1890 but he is a carpenter born in 1859.

- Got copies of William Louis McGough's application for naturalization from the Maine State Archives Sept. 2009; his Declaration of Intention #3792 was filed at Houlton Superior Court on 7 Nov 1939, he was 73 yrs. old, 5'5", 140lbs., born Apr. 18, 1866 in Ile Verte, residence was RFD #4 Caribou (Woodland), immigrated Nov. 24, 1876 by team, Cert. #1X 68973, preprinted #165575, with picture! His Petition for Naturalization #2736 from Caribou Superior Courty must be from 1944 since he was now 77 yrs. old, all other information the same. The affidavit of witnesses was signed by Willard P. Hamilton & Francis A. Walsh both lawyers from Caribou saying they had known William since Jan. 1, 1930, signed 22nd Oct 1943. William took his Oath of Allegiance on 5th April 1944; petition line no. 6, list no. 1, certificate no. 6080848.

- The caretaker of St. Denis cemetery in Fort Fairfield, ME told me that their records show William was born 4/3/1863 & died 1/15/1946. He sent me of the location of William & Arthurs gravesite #215 at the St. Denis Cemetery in Fort Fairfield, ME; he also sent a picture of William's headstone that says 'Brother, William McGough, April 5, 1863, Jan 15, 1946'. There doesn't seem to be a headstone for Arthur.
