They raised him like their son & he was 17 when he found out who his real mother was; he quit school & joined the navy at that time & had many tough years dealing with this per his daughter Jyl.     • We called Richard 'Bijou' & I called him Uncle Bijou all my life and didn't know he was really my cousin until after he died in 1995.
      He was at my house for a Lozier Reunion approx. mid-July 1995 & was so sick he couldn't get out of the car so we all went & visited with him in the car while he rested. We miss him.
